Why is Peter missing from these photos? When Karen escaped Scientology, she left with nothing. Peter did ship her some boxes of clothing and personal possessions but few photos. Karen had sent some pictures to her mother over the years, which Alice saved. Most photos with Peter in them got discarded after Peter and Karen divorced in 1999. Alice left Karen her entire family photo collection when she passed away in 2015, where Karen found many photos from her past.
